Welcome to the Chidlow Marsupial Hospital Website

This website has been created to provide wildlife carers with information on the treatment and care of kangaroos and other marsupials.

The information is based on the knowledge and experience of Liz Appelt, a qualified veterinary nurse, wildlife presenter, lecturer in marsupial care and wildlife carer for over 25 years.

The Hospital is a private residence, however tours of the Hospital and educational courses can be arranged by appointment. A tour of the Hospital is a great way to meet some of our native animals up close and personal.
